No matter who you are and no matter what you've done, we can always call out the the LORD in our troubles and He will hear us. Not only will He hear us, but He will save us from the trouble. Through addictions, sin, pain, sorrow, hardship, bad decisions and risk-taking, God will act on our behalf if we submit and call on Him.
